Python

Make a switch case condition challenge

Greetings,
I don't know why, but randomly I created a simple switch case condition in Python. Just playing around I guess. For the sake of fun and curiosity, I would like to challenge you to develop your own switch case condition in Python without reading the rest of this thread or any online resources. Just do whatever comes natural and post back here to see how all of our interpretations compare.

Make sure to use (spoiler) your code (/spoiler) tags to hide your code. Use brackets [ ], not parenthesis. I don't want this to be discouraging for new comers to Python. So if we could all try to keep it constructive that would be appreciated.
