I want to extract registered Email data of a black hat forum to start a skype group for making some $$$.

How can i extract email data ??

What do you mean by extract ? do you want to scrap the forum and then parse out email addresses ? or do you want to hack teh forum and gain all member email data ?

Try this, they've a very wide data range.

Depending on the forum CMS, you can enumerate which emails are registered. for example if you login and it says "invalid email/password" then you have no luck, but if it says "invalid password" then you know the email is registered. You could do it via mass requests with a large mailing list but it'd be highly impractical, not to mention the issue of rate limiting...

1.) Depending on the forum - may be asking yourself for some trouble there. If this wasn't asked for by said users then good luck my friend.

2.) Depends entirely on how the site is built. How are users represented? Are they assigned a uid parameter or other specifier?

There's too many unknown variables, but like I said if not asked for...You could be asking for a great deal of hate my friend.
