Confirmed. I have done this, once I kept recalling 4 or 5 times they kept saying the same script until eventually someone who wasn't Indian answered and boom i got my money back..

True, the only cases they do is when there is a police report in which case the police rarely get involved to the extent of contacting PayPal unless it is for a larger amount of money.

If police won't investigate someone robbing the gas station for $100 they likely won't investigate a 100 euro paypal scam 😏
