This tool works on Windows and is easy and simple to use.
It will both display and dump the emails and phone numbers.

From this you find passwords for the emails using a website like weleakinfo.com
I can't promise those passwords will be current and working - but you can certainly show off that you know their passwords.

You will need to disable 2 factor authentication if you have it on your Facebook then re-enable it afterwards.

You can add random people or targets to get their emails quite easily - I simply  accepted a few requests I have had sitting there just to get more emails.
