so i've got into CPA again and it happened that YouTube have marked my video as inappropriate and delated it, is there any trick or workaround to this?

No way to prevent removals.

All you can do is delay the removals by different tricks.

It is the YT game right now rank a video..... Make good returns from your investment till it get removed and repeat.
