is this a realistic goal?

I'm aiming to get Network+ and Linux Essentials certifications by the end of the summer. I think that's actually realistic if I plan it out.

That way in the fall I can start on Security+. This would be gold because I know for a fact I will be able to train for it in the fall and I will probably obtain it very quickly with a Security+ textbook.

My only question is how realistic is it to earn two certs by the end of the summer. I think its more realistic than trying to earn all three certs by the end of the summer, although earning all three would be ideal if it was doable because I plan to reward myself with hacking books and Udemy (warez disallowed) courses afterwards.

What's your opinion on it?

Please advise.

Best,

QMark
who are you going to get it from? you can get two certs in one day if you have the money for the testing.

I'm trying to earn the certs and understand the knowledge behind them. I don't want a piece of paper I just pulled out of my ass. I'm not bribing my way into getting the certs, but if what you mean is I could pass two tests in one day that would be great but I'm doing on cert at a time.

I'm taking tests at the testing center at my school.

Why do you ask?

i ask because you shouldnt take the tests unless you are ready. you are clearly not ready if your asking. n+ is easy and linux is easy if youve been using linux for years. you pay to take cert tests, you dont have to pay to take classes. thats why i said you take and pass two in a day.

i recertify all the time for tests, sometimes 4 in a day. linux+ isnt something you need to recertify for every year. however, i recertify for redhat and n+ every 3 years on the same day.

Depends how long you have really to achieve these goals, I mean anything is doable if you put your mind to it.
