I'm on hf and I'm wondering if I can offer a escrow service, what requirements are there?

There’s no requirements but don’t expect people to use you lol

Try upping your business rating by like another 99... Even then you wont really be able to charge anybody with that kind of rating... The escrow service is kind of saturated in a sense there are already to many people who are trusted doing this and a small timer like you might not get any where. Don't let me get you down though any one can do it, they all had to start somewhere right?

There’s no rule forbidding you to do so. Wouldn’t expect too much engagement though.

No need for such a service with the contract system, they are being used less and less.
Also you are new, no one is going to use you. Just try to do your own deals, and build up rep. Which will take years.

It's definitely allowed to offer escrow services but you should make yourself more trusted I think
