Chargebacked for 2$ ( unauthorized payment), paypal limited

Hello, yesterday an idiot chargebacked me for 2$ as unauthorized payment, my paypal account is limited with over 900$ on it
I just sold to him a key for a video game and this idiot chargebacked me
How the fuck its possible to get chargebacked for a low amount like that ? because of him my PP is limited
PP ask me for supplier's invoice and a lot of other thing,I can't provide these documents since i'm selling digital good, I don't have any supplier

What can I do now ?
no, you got limited for using a cancerous company that will limit you anytime they want for little or no reason at all
what you can do is what paypal tells you to do as you are on their feet
what you can in the future is stop making rich that shitty company and move on to crypto currency or other forms of payment where you have control over your own money
Just call them, explain you sold a digital non tangible item, that you enjoy using paypal and kindly ask he be refunded and your account limit removed so you can continue to use their service.

Once you get it unlocked, deposit your money, don't EVER leave money in your paypal balance.
That sucks man, move on to crypto.
Someone did a chargeback on $2? That's fucking gay, lmfao.

Anyways, switch to Crypto, much better.
Call them up, always more likely to get a result than over emails.

This. Honestly screw paypal. They're incompetent compared to most other companies and especially compared to crypto.
All you have to do is call paypal and explain your situation

ID = A valid document showing your full name & birth of date same of paypal
Proof of address= Some bill that matches the same address you used on PayPal
Delivery proof = Sometimes they select random transactions and you have to provide some kind of information that you actually delivered a product or service.

And for supplier you have to explain that you are offering "VIRTUAL INTANGIBLE GOODS AND SERVICES" they will then don't ask you for it since is not relevant.

Based on my experience with all my limitations, they will review the information and if your ID or address doesn't match they will permanent limit you and block your funds for 180 days. They also perform some kind of investigation on your transactions & disputes historial, and if they see too many disputes or a risk with your business they will close your account.

By refunding the $2 unauthorized transaction will not restore your account, they perform an review by a human for your documents & account historial. You have more chances to win that dispute by submitting some proof that you delivered the service to the buyer.

Good luck.
