I think the bigger issue is people not being part of HackerOne.

There's hundreds of ethical hacking companies out there and the chances that a user on HF is part of the specific company you listed AND has read the post AND is looking for a crew to join, is pretty slim when you put it all together. You may get a couple people however no more than a few I would imagine.

HackerOne is the biggest bug bounty website out there right now. So the odds of 200,000+ hackers, a few being on HackForums seemed decent.
