Invalid SSL certificate/cache glitch

I bought SSL and installed. On my computer it says the following, but on my android phone it works fine and says "Secure"
I cleared cache in all browsers and ran ccleaner with all options checked.

Computer tells me my certificate is issued by myself.
My phone tells me correct certificate.
SSL website shows secure.

After I click proceed through Google Chrome it tells me Not secure with https:// crossed out following www.datatron.network.

Something is being cached either locally or ISP level. Whenever I ping my website it shows old IP even though https://dnschecker.org/#A/www.datatron.network shows my new IP.

How can I remove this cache?
Try ipconfig /flushdns from command line. Also did you add your old server's IP and the domain name to your hosts file?
You see, Doctor, God didn't kill that little girl. Fate didn't butcher her and destiny didn't feed her to those dogs.
If God saw what any of us did that night he didn't seem to mind. From then on I knew... God doesn't make the world this way.
We do.

It was a blast being on staff. I stepped down as it's time for me to move on. I wish you all the best and if you were hit by my warnings and/or bans, it was nothing personal.

Peace out!
