Laptop is continously beeping when turned on... There is loading of windows logo then it starts beeping.? What is the problem with the devicce..?

It can work if let it beep few minutes then There is advanced options message and shutdown. I click advanvced options and select  Recovery windows OS then it loads.

Then sometimes it fails to open when open after shutdown.

I BELIEVE this is the reason which could be the problem.. i couldnt get it work around to fix the problem?

Kernel power events are common and don't explain too much besides a power related issue occured. Try rebooting in safe mode using msconfig or F8 and see what results you get. If it doesn't beep, then you can try disabling that Intel Energy service. If it works, then I would do a reinstall of the manufacturers drivers or a clean install.
