This is in my opinion garbage, the seller wants to do all the talking in snapchat which is annoying as hell.
The method uses a website only he can access so you will need constant service/help of him to get adds. The other method is using shoutouts which isn't a "private Snapchat Traffic method" at all, sure he gives you instructions where to get good shoutouts but this isn't at all what I expected.
I am very dissatisfied and the seller refuses to give a refund.

He should give a better overview on what to expect before selling and construct some kind of pdf which clearly explains all at once what his methods are once bought.
