119 awards, only 3 awards are based on some technical role.
White Hat Helper, Black Hat, and Jailbreak Phreak.
Does it make sense to a few other IT related awards to signify a skillset?
A few that come to mind would be Network Guru, Forensic Investigator, Offensive Security Researcher, Threat Hunter, etc for those who've demonstrated expertise and proven their knowledge around those fields for that status.
As someone who has written exploits on the fly, demonstrated knowledge of offensive simulation in controller and uncontrolled environments, contributed heavily to the penetration testing community, it makes sense that certain efforts are recognized!
I noticed a lot of other awards add personality to a member which is great as well, but I was more keen on working for an award that relates to infosec.
