This is the average internal P2C lifecycle from what I have seen since joining this community in 2014.

1.) OMG COOL NEW CHEAT
2.) Everybody buys cool new cheat and sucks cool new cheats dick
3.) VAC WAVE
4.) VAC WAVE
5.) VAC WAVE
6.) VAC WAVE
7.) A year or two later..... COOL NEW CHEATS SUCKS, IT'S VAC DETECTED 24/7 AND THIS NEW NEW COOL NEW CHEAT IS SO MUCH BETTER
8.) Rinse & Repeat

So really, who cares?  If you buy a publicly available internal cheat you're gonna probably get VAC banned at some point within the next 1-2 years at best anyway.  It's almost pointless to even bring up detections under the circumstances.
