Imminent monitor was designed exactly for illegal usage, Shockwave has just toned down due to LE attention towards the whole scene.

I haven’t been here for as long as many others but I am convinced imminent at least tried to keep it legit. I never purchased it. However, I frequently saw people complaining about being banned after using it for malicious purposes without refund. He has a pretty solid TOS, so this should be an interesting legal battle. Lawyer fees will be through the roof which sucks.

Developers should just give up on trying to legalize RATs with shitty terms of service. Just sell and don't care.
