he basically tells people how to detox your body ( just search YT for that detox dude parasite )
I landed one of his video where he was talking about taking turpentine for parasite cleanse ,

"Some blog says its dangerous" hell doesnt common sense tell you it's dangerous when consumed , its used as paint thinner and solvent.
Detoxes are big fucking scam anyway, you have liver, kidneys and lungs that detox your body.

OMG You are talking about the commen sense, turpentine comes in two different forms , one is used only for thinner and stuff and other turpentine gum spirit IDk I bought the ayurvedic one which is used for body pain etc.
I was looking for an answer who knows stuff.

This, did a 5 day water fast in january.
Tip: Fast when its warm weather, much nicer. Can go on walks and be more active overall.
