Learning PS: At first glance, PS might look very complicated. But I can assure you after your first week, it'll feel like bread and butter.
There are thousands of video tutorials, online lessons, courses etc. But personally, what I would recommend is investing in Lynda.com's Adobe PS course.
This course is well put together and it's divided into sub section and you also get project files which you can use to follow along the tutorial.
After the completion of this course, you'll have the basic fundamentals set in place. Now decide on what you want to focus on. (Web UI, Posters, Mockups)
Once you select the field you want to enhance your skills on, find a course that is related to the chosen field. You can check Lynda.com, Udemy (warez disallowed).com etc.
If you put in the work and learn with enthusiasm, you'll nail Adobe Photoshop Within a month or a few. It's all about practicing what you learn. And after that sky's the limit my friend!
Special: Adobe has a massive community for PS users so engagebin those communities, build relationships & on HF too. Build relationships. They're really valuable.
Hope you find this thread valuable. Any questions please do leave a reply.
Thank you.
