It had 55,500,000 results.

2 hours later, refreshing the still open page -

Perhaps these numbers are fake and Google never truly gives you the results unless it's under a reasonable amount. Not sure, I'm probably wrong but I can't imagine WTF they are doing in their system to cause this..

Did you search anything else or visit any other sites between searches? I think it takes into account your prior searches (within a time window) and your online activity (to sites that they can track, such as those using their advertising service) to learn context about what you’re looking for in order to narrow down search results
