Mirror remote powershell

Hello

Is there a way to mirror incoming powershell scripts? Like if someone wants to shutdown your computer with a script, and then "counter" the script by sending it back to sender?

Would be nice if it was possible to do
Powershell doesn't just send a command to a target machine and run on the machine. It's operated on the host system and resides in memory. I'd imagine the only way this would ever be possible is if you're using Invoke-Command via your target's Powershell, but that would be weird.
