Is selling bytes something that should be posted in the currency exchange? Or is it something that can be posted in the secondary sellers section? I’ve tried to find the answer, maybe I over looked the answer already?

As a regular member, you can't post a thread in CE.

So bytes transactions can be posted in premium or secondary market or CE. If you're buying, you can post in buyer's bay. It doesn't really matter which one of the listed sections you choose.
