Im just experimenting and learning and can't seem to find out how to bild an .exe file into an Word doc? Any advice on how to do this would be appreciated.

You can't quite exactly convert an exe into a doc file, you can however use a doc exploit to download or run your file. Most exploits use a macro to run code on powershell and that will run your file.

In short, just search for doc macro/ exploits.
