I sent him 450$ 3 days ago but I haven't received any hour tutoring. He is very active before I sending money but after I sending money, he said he has problem with paypal then disappear just like a ghost

Sorry for your loss, he's shady, he has another dispute for the same services.......He blathers on about his company and investors and can't afford to pay people back. I'm calling it, he will get exiled eventually for this type of behavior.

At least you were smart enough to have a contract so that this can be documented and they can all pile up and people will see what a shady service he runs. Hopefully, once more roll in Omni will take an interest and revoke his second/third chance.

If he doesn't bother responding to you, then seek advice on the best way to charge back, there are people here that will help you if you're nice and polite with them. Then you will have a higher chance of fucking him over and getting your money back.

Just make sure it's on a timetable that's suited to you and not purely suited to him. I'd also not close the dispute until you are 100% happy with the service provided.
