I temporarily deactivated my IG account but forgot the password, so cannot login to re-activate.

When I do 2-3 login attempts I get this:

Seems good, right? Just click 'Send Email' to reset pw, okay I click and get this:

When I try pw reset using username, e-mail or phone number I get this:

I lost my own smartphone on vacation in Russia, my family there has it now.
I deactivated it a few weeks after I got from the vacation, right?
Some say the only way to recover is to do a pw reset from the same device you temp deactivated from, but that makes no sense, because you can't even temp deactivate from your phone, you can only do it via a browser on the computer or browser on your phone.

I sent IG reports and did account deactivation appeals, but once I send selfie or ID, I always end up getting the automatic login problems reply:

And that actually makes sense, you see, because IG legit thinks it's just a login/pw reset problem, because it sees my acc is not disabled at all, it's just temp disabled and works fine.
But their pw reset function basically doesn't work for temp deactivated accounts.
