So a family member is on the run from the cops, and he is actively using his cell phone. I used a program on here for a RAT and I am wanting to send that to him and track him. But the thing is it is a pretty obvious threat. Need assistance. How to spoof the extension?

just rename it.. lol

or maybe do it like this rename from test.exe to screenshot.scr (Y) good luck

By any chance would you know if its possible to simply just get a location off of Facebook messenger, he is actively calling and texting people.
