Anyone know why I was able to purchase something off of PA before using PayPal, went through no problem but now it sat on Verifying Payment for like 45 Minutes, I cancelled re-bought and it was automatically declined?

Anyone have any experiences with this happening?
I've already contacted their Support to see what they say but I'm curious to hear from you.

what does PA stands for...

Why would you cancel a payment during verification to then instant make a new one, that would trigger any system.

Because that's what their website says to do if it sits on Verification for over 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes.
If you don't know what PA stands for then I can't say it due to advertising another website.
