As we all know, you cannot report a post or a thread if 48 hours pass by. So,my question is: How can I report someone if he creates a fake giveaway and the time limit in which I can report his thread expires? Should I just contact an Admin regarding this issue?

no,

message a staff member.

Oh snap! Farmed all the popularity and bytes and then never did anything for a winner?

If you have proof it's a fake giveaway, just contact a staff.
