I've purchased 4 or 5 battery charge rate upgrades. In order for your battery to fully charge you'd need 16 hours(when it's not upgraded),however, after buying all these battery charge rate upgrades I still need to wait 16 hours for my battery to fully charge. As you can see here



I KNOW IT ACTUALLY INDICATES 15 HOURS in the picture however,take into consideration that I already have 10 points of battery charged up already. If we deduct these 10 points, 16 hours would be required for the battery to charge fully.

I might be mistaken,however I feel like even buying a charging rate upgrade,battery still going up at the same rate as before. Does any of you remember how long does it take for the battery to fully charge BEFORE upgrading it? Am I mistaken?
I'd appreciate any kind of help, especially Xerotic's response to this.

You're charge rate was increased. "16 hours" might be 16 hours and 30 minutes. It isn't exact to the minute.
