Its been a while since I last used Acunetix. My last usage was back in 2011.

What happened now? They don't have an actual software now? A program running on your computer?
Seems like they provide online scanning now and a web page running on your local machine that connects to their server?

Feel free to enlighten me with some details regarding Acunetix since its been years and too many updates to actually google for.

As well as recommend me alternatives. I do know we have netsparker , the one from OWASP etc and manymore.
Just drop your favourite web scanner list.


Edit: Looks like they did the web page version is to prevent people from reverse engineering? But yeah everything is possible. Seems like cracked versions are now for selling
instead of giving away for free lol?

The latest acunetix i has cracked and sell it for 200$ .

If you want it update, you can buy original for 5000$ from the website.

The last update is 30may 2019!!
