In the UK, 'PPI (payment protection insurance) complaints' is an industry currently worth billions.

I have recently acquired access to the whole "Lighthouse Guide" for Lloyds Banking Group which details everything about when employees should uphold or defend complaints based on what factors and all the processes involved. This has extensive guidance for bank processes from Halifax, Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Bank and Birmingham Midshires. A complaint that gets upheld could mean the customer gets a payment of redress in the thousands. Certain circumstances mean that complaints get automatically upheld. Having of knowledge of this could generate someone like a claims management company thousands in revenue. The deadline for all banks to make a PPI complaint is 29th August 2019.

I have not yet tried approaching any claims management companies with this due to the highly illegal nature of trying sell something like this. I'm almost certain someone would be willing to pay for it though as it's almost guaranteed to easily generate a profit. I wouldn't be looking to get a ridiculously high amount either.  

If anyone is interested in purchasing this or even helping me sell this as a middleman - I'd happily discuss this in more detail.

I'd want to know the depth of it before making an Appraisal on it's value. If it's as extensive as I can imagine, you're looking at over $2000. Assuming it's up to date and relevant.

It's more or less every bit of possible guidance for every work stream and product.

The problem is I wouldn't know how to go about selling it, pitching it or receiving a payment while remaining anonymous.

It would definitely have to be in the 1000s also just because of the risk of obtaining it.

Pretty easily lol find those companies and send them an anonymous email sharing one of the pages as proof and ask for BTC payment and give them a wickr to contact you on or something similar some are bound to reply
