As far as I know you need real debit card, tried payoneer etc doesnt work, when I claimed the $$ people sent it always get rejected(refunded) "for your safety"...

Don't take cashapp if you're outside usa, if you can get a ssn & debit card of usa, you can easily cashout ur money or into bitcoin
