Trust Scan Question?

Hi, I'm fairly new here and i was looking at my profile and i notice an option that says "Trust Scan" but when i click it i get a message that says "Sorry, but you must be either an Ub3r or an 3P1C upgraded member to view our Trust Scan page."

Now my main question is, how to i get the "3P1C" (which i assume means "Epic") upgrade? It's not in the upgrades page, unless I'm looking in all the wrong places.

Epic is no longer an option from what I can tell. You need l33t to use trust scan.
