Okay first create a Subway account with random email doesn't matter and random phone number be sure to use legit sounding names or it will not go through you can create the account either on the subway website or on the upgraded version of the app but to do the glitch you must download version 8.4 of the subway app from Google Chrome then take and install the app once you have it installed disconnect all network connectivity Wi-Fi and data make sure the app is closed when you do this then with the networks off open the app back up until you see the main screen then reconnect your network and add a low balance card or a low balance PayPal as a payment method now go to the drinks on the menu find the highest priced drink and add 500 of them to the cart wait until the delivery time shows up at the top then hit proceed with payment wait for the subway icon to go away and four it to say there's something wrong with your payment method please select another then hit the back button till you reach the main menu and your tokens will fall and it will say pending log out of the account wait about 15 minutes to an hour and log back in there you have it.

Pretty sure it's patched, the tokens show on the website in the upper right corner, but when i check my rewards meter it only says 100 tokens.
