If you are looking for a way to download Photos and Videos of any Instagram User, this thread might help you. This is a short thread but will work for sure.

Running a software on your PC is always a risk coz you never what malicious files it may contain.

We'll be using a google extension to get this job done.

Google Extension : Downloader for Instagram

You surely need a PC or Laptop to do this job.

Install this extension on your chrome and Visit any User on Instagram by typing this link https://instagram.com/ Username
You'll see a small icon on the top right. If you wish to download all the photos that a profile have, just scroll down until all the images load. Click on the button on the top right and you can download all the photos in a zip file.

You do not require to login with your account if the profile is public. I just downloaded 4000 memes from a public account and it worked for me. Let me know if you have any doubt.

It's late night here, will do the formatting later and spare me for any grammatical mistake as English is not my first language.
