True Life claims after 10+ DIFFERENT account recovery appeals at DIFFERENT times he was FINALLY successful.
10 appeals? All denied? What made that last attempt successful and all the ones prior failures? Smells like BULLSHIT to me.
The first two (2) times True Life had recovered the accounts back on my behalf almost IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY REQUESTS True Life had asked me what e-mail I want to have the recovery appeal sent to. After I PM'd him my e-mail I had my account back within 10 minutes both times.

In these NEW 9-10 DIFFERENT account recovery appeals True Life "CLAIMS" he submitted on my behalf NOT ONCE did he ask me for an e-mail to register on the account. NOT A SINGLE TIME. He just "CLAIMED" he submitted the appeals and they kept being denied. Which is why he "CLAIMS" he submitted over 10+ different appeals. OK, no problem. We'll get back to this.

Next, True Life PMs me on 7/7/19 (4 days after him "SUBMITTING 10+ APPEALS") the following:

Now WHY would an ORIGINAL OWNER of the account who has recovered the account SUCCESSFULLY 2 times before be asking me about recovery info?
Especially when he claims he's submitted 10 appeals for me over the past week. LOL.

I am making this post to spread awareness through out the forums.
Especially to those who are interested in purchasing ANY type of accounts from True Life / Life Sales.

Less than a year ago I purchased a 40 attack 99 strength pure (nothing else on the account) from True Life for $55.
Everything went well for 4-5 months until one day I tried logging on and realized the password was changed.
I immediately submitted an account recovery appeal using all the information True Life provided me when I purchased the account.
The appeal was almost immediately denied (5-10 minutes).

This made me very skeptical as I believed True Life was a legitimate salesman and provides 100% accurate info with all accounts he sales. Obviously I was wrong.

I proceed to PM True Life via HackForums asking him if he had recovered the account for whatever reason..
He assures me that it was NOT him, and that he will be able to recover the account for me without an issue..
At this point I really believed it was NOT True Life that recovered the account, but looking back I'm 1000% sure it was him the first time as well.

Sure enough, within 10 minutes True Life submitted an appeal on my behalf and sent me the link to reset my password.
By the time I logged back onto the account, my entire bank of roughly ~60M had been cleared as I did not have a bank PIN set (my fault).
I was not worried about my bank, I was just happy to have the account back as I was worried I had been scammed by an UB3R member.

This time I learned from my previous mistakes and set a bank PIN on the account as well as switched the registered e-mail to the account.
After retrieving the account back I continued to play on it for another 3-4 months until... I tried logging in and this time the account was "Locked."
The password was still the same thing, but the account was locked this time. I noticed because I had received an e-mail earlier in the morning saying my password reset request has been submitted. Obviously this alerted me as I did not submit any requests to change my password.
To "UNLOCK" a Runescape account you MUST submit an account recovery form and MUST provide 100% accurate information of "Original Owner".
I waited until I was home from work before I PM'd True Life AGAIN asking him if he recovered the account he sold me...
Before I sent the PM via Hackforums I tried signing on to my account again and noticed the account was no longer "LOCKED" and the password had been changed.

This obviously meant that someone submitted an account recovery appeal and submitted 100% original owner information.
But how could True Life submit an appeal on my behalf if I still had not PM'd him at that time?
At this point I knew 100% True Life had recovered the account himself and attempted to clear my bank AGAIN.
Luckily I had a bank pin set and it would take 3 days to delete it.
I proceed to PM him via Hackforums, and the replies I got this time weren't nearly as helpful from the first time.
He begins to deny that he recovered the account and is very confident that I was hacked/scammed by someone else.
After a whole day of going back and fourth with PMs with True Life he finally submits an appeal on my behalf, which of course gets approved within 10 minutes AGAIN.
This was EXTREMELY fishy to me because the first time he recovered the account within 2 PMs with no questions asked.

Again, 3-4 months pass again..... This time on 7/3/19 I tried logging in and the account's password was changed.
I was recording PK clips on the account one hour prior to my accounts password being changed.

I proceed to message Tue Life AGAIN for the 3rd time about this same account which he is "one and only original owner" of.
THIS TIME THINGS GOT SUPER FISHY WHILE PMING TRUE LIFE. HE STARTS OFF BY TELLING ME THAT HE DID NOT RECOVER THE ACCOUNT FOR THE 3RD TIME AND THAT HE WILL ASSIST ME IN RECOVERING THE ACCOUNT AGAIN. I ASSUMED HE WOULD PM ME WITHIN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES JUST LIKE THE PREVIOUS 2 TIMES. THIS TIME HE DID NOT. I DID NOT RECEIVE A PM FROM TRUE LIFE UNTIL HOURS LATER WHEN I MESSAGED HIM ASKING FOR UPDATES. HE PROCEEDS TO GIVE ME EXCUSES OF HIM BEING AT WORK AND DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME RIGHT NOW. THE ENTIRE DAY I'M WATCHING HIS ACCOUNT SURF HACKFORUMS. HE THEN TELLS ME HE HAS PHYSICAL THERAPY SO I BEGAN TO UNDERSTAND A LITTLE MORE AND GAVE HIM MORE TIME. I KEPT MESSAGING HIM FOR UPDATES AND HE KEEPS REPLYING WITH "THEIR SYSTEM IS SHIT" OR "I SUBMITTED ANOTHER APPEAL BECAUSE SOMETHING GOT FUCKED" AND OTHER EXCUSES TO BUY TIME. AT THIS POINT I KNEW HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO STALL FOR 3 DAYS UNTIL MY BANK PIN WAS REMOVED BECAUSE IN EARLIER CONVERSATION HE WAS ASKING HOW MUCH MONEY I HAD IN MY BANK. I TOLD HIM I ONLY HAD ENOUGH MONEY FOR A BOND BECAUSE THAT WAS VERY SUSPICIOUS IN ITSELF. SURELY ENOUGH HE GIVES ME THE SAME BULLSHIT EXCUSES FOR 3 DAYS STRAIGHT. ON THE 3RD DAY 7/6/19 I'M PKING IN W25 AND SEE MY ACCOUNT ONLINE. I KNEW HE HAD GOT INTO THE BANK BECAUSE HE WAS NOT IN THE SAME GEAR WHEN I LOGGED OFF. THIS ENTIRE 3 DAYS IM PMING HIM ASKING HIM FOR UPDATES AND I KEEP GETTING RUN AROUND EXCUSES. Also if he provided you with the same details to recover, wonder what made his attempts successfully over yours. Surely not just an ip address would stop it, especially if you had been playing on that IP for a period of time and tried to recovery from it.
