I bought a pre-owned iPhone 5s, and it's locked to an apple id, and asks for the password all the time (but not logged in to "find my iPhone", and no Activation lock.) I can't reach the previous owner, and it's not possible to log out the apple id, as it asks for password.

Is it possible to fix by jailbreak?

I've restored it, anyway. I see now it seems to be locked to Activation Lock.

Hey bro, if you still have itune backup encrypted, there is a tool that will decrypt the password

just google it, or wait for me to find it again and post here.
