To be honest it looks like tie and always looked like that on my side.
It's shirt and tie on it.

I could probably see the hammer too but first thing I see is a tie, doesn't really bother me though.

I don't understand what the top part of it is supposed to be. The red bit on its own looks like a dick/tie and looks like a hammer with the top bit and when zoomed out.
