I suggest adding an escrow service that work like this:
e.g:
- Omni want a porn website with the next features: comments on videos, milf section. He choose me because i'm a Developer.
The first step of escrow service will be us both setup a very detalied description of our contract, clean, easy to understand for the staff. A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FOR THE STAFF MEMBER TO REPLICATE WHEN ITS DONE. We both need to agree on this.
Next step will be a Staff member to check the description, contract, etc then to approve the escrow if all its understood. Finally the staff can use the guide added in description to test the product and relase the payment.
At least 10% of Deal Disputed are accounts. I think accounts can be used in this escrow most easily. A HF with less 10% disputes.
The escrow should take a fee that goes to HF because no one want to lose time for free doing escrow for pornhub accounts. Its better to pay a fee then losing all the money ;)
