I have two dll's that I'm trying to unpack. One is the main and the other is the resource for it, would like to know if anyone could unpack these or provide a tutorial

There's a lot of data that I can see but there's a lot that's been obfuscated.

There is no obfuscation at all. Everything is readable, if you can't see something, probably you are blind or looking at the wrong place.
