I have broadband in which some sites provide high speed data peering like google,youtube,steam(5-6 mB/s) while on other websites i get slow speed according to my plan. How do i use ip to get good download speed any software/tweaks for that?

Sounds like your ISP is throttling you, I think VPNs can prevent this as the ISP can't determine what site your on, someone with more knowledge feel free to correct me

I'm pretty certain it's all dependant on your ISP, I have the exact same issue when it comes to certain gaming platforms such as Steam, I've heard most UK internet providers get throttled like crazy on Steam, however downloading on Xbox or anything like that the download speed can be insane.. Odd.
