BIOS Admin Password Reset on Dell Latitude 3300

Hi, I recently got a Dell Latitude 3300 from my school and I'm trying to crack it for the fun of it. It has an administrator password set on it for changing setting in the bios. The service code is 6BBFGT2-BF97. I tried bios-pw.org and other sites like that, but they don't work with computers that have BF97 at the end of their service tag. Is there a way to get the recovery password through some software or something like that?

Thanks in advance
I would say contact dell they have methods to remove it because of stuff like ransomware but I'm guessing you don't have permission to do this? Check Youtube that would provide the best advice for something like this.
i would agree google or youtube is your friend, i do remember with the older latitudes you could short two prongs on the eprom chip with a wire that would erase the password but would also delete the service tag. cant remember exactly how and dont know if it works on your model but if you dig enough on google you will find the answer
Seriously just open the thing and remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes and then put it back in. This is not something new, its been around for decades, that's how you clear the BIOS password.
