Open disputes shown on postbit

I'm coming up with this suggestion because i notice people with 5-10 open disputes but no negative b-rating therefore still making them look trusted and this very small change would make a big difference.

Show users open disputes on postbit when someone has open disputes pending.

This because most people don't give negstive ratings even after a dispute is opened and negative ratings are also not forced upon a dispute.
I think automatic negative or at least neutral should be left, but not automatic positive. You should mark it complete so it doesn't expire (i think) and then leave B-Rating once you are satisfied or dissatisfied. If i'm wrong on that though, please correct me.
Or adding b rate as a sub form like when they mark the contract as completed it ask them for example, rate this contract, like not optional but forcing them to leave a rating or at least an automatic netural rate been submitted.
No and No and NO.

1. There's already a script in the contracts system which puts a positive ratting if none has been put within 15days of marking the contract as complete.
2. I could have completed a contract, but still i'm not happy with it and i have the right to put a neutral or negative if i want to.
3. Having auto negative rating should never fucking happen cuz you literally go make multis and open DDs against a competitor seller and ruin his reputation for your own gains.
4. Having a dispute resolved doesn't mean that i'm forced to change my negative rating to positive. I still have the right to leave it a negative.

You can do that now aswell, what's the difference?

You're just making it even easier. That's the difference.

Actually, i'm making it harder.
Now you can just make auto contracts with vendors and leave as many neg ratings as you want since you can easily make 10 contracts in a minute.

Following my logic would require you to open a deal dispute every time you leave a negative rating therefore making it harder to leave one.
An extra step is added, not removed.

Where's your logic exactly?

1. you want to force a rule which only let people put a negative ratting only via opening a DD. Which that is retarded cuz I'm free to put positive/neutral/negative even if the contract was complete.

2. This will just add more DDs on a user.

Pretty sure after 15 days that a contract is completed you get a positive b-rating if the other party hasn't left one.

I'm not forcing anything im just coming with a suggestion which makes it harder for people to abuse the rating system but also make it more friendly for new members.
If you have a better idea then feel free to post a suggestion thread yourself.

Currently there are members running around with 10 open disputes, 0 negative b-ratings and still scamming people because postbit only shows positive ratings and therefore making them look trusted.

It takes like one button to make a deal dispute lol

True, yet there is nothing that automates negative ratings making members with multiple open disputes still look trusted.

There are active scammers, scamming right now, they already have 10 open disputes but their postbit looks clean cuz they dont have any negative ratings.

And i'm saying that this suggestion shouldn't be accepted.

Not every DD is a valid DD. Not every DD means a negative rating. Not every Negative rating means a DD.

Every person should do their research before dealing. If you make a contract with a user and he scam then you realize that he already has 10 opened DDs, then I don't feel sorry for you.

Then why even have a contract system anyways?
Deal disputes are a thing everywhere on every forum with or without contract system.

1. Publicly track every deal on the forum.
2. Proof of deal.
3. Proof when getting scammed.
4. Expose scammers.
5. Show good and bad sellers.
6. Crackdown on fake vouches.

want more?

Why do we use contracts IRL?
