Just a quick couple of questions, I've been inactive and I can't seem to find threads containing the answers to my questions.

1. When did Ub3r support get removed? (If it even did, I'm on mobile and may just be blind.)

2. Are stress testing posts allowed again? Non-market based, of course, as there's no marketplace section for it.

I keep seeing many SST threads/replies, that aren't being removed or anything.

If so, this means I can create server stress testing threads?
Like the old days, just generic-typical threads.

Also if allowed, may I create a (paid) tutor service/mentor service specifically for stress testing?

I love helping people and I do not want to get a warning/any repercussions for attempting to answer any questions or making any posts or replies on or relevant to the subject.

It got removed a long time ago. If I recall it correctly about 4-5 years ago, but I could be off there. The closest thing to this would be the V3ndor group forum. (v3ndor is a marketplace site group you can purchase assuming you're approved)

Yes and no. A few months ago the Blackhat Training section was created, where users can talk about various blackhat related topics, including stress testing.

You can talk about stress testing, You can even show how to perform a stress test and explain how it works, provided you do so in the blackhat training section of the forum.

I can see whe people think this would be a grey area, as you are not offering stress testing as a service, but simply teaching it. That being said, the policies of the blackhat training section clearly state to not implicate yourself in criminal activity, and depending on how you would structure your tutor/mentor service you may be doing exactly that, which would be a reason for it to not be allowed.
In addition to this, you can only talk about the SST topic in the blackhat training section, so I would assume the marketplace is still off limits to any SST related services.
