Contactout(.)com
This site really requires a work email to sign an account on.
Regular emails (e.g Hotmail, Outlook, etc) do not.
I've been thinking it's a Email Search Engine unlike any other as far as i can care much on.
Can only work on finding emails on Github and Linkedin in a way of things.
Though the owner of Pinterest account i was trying to contact with an account on there might have a Linkedin unfortunately.
That Pinterest user was the person who was my long lost old friend from my irl past in 2015-16/17 formerly.
