Ok, I am new here and don't want any trouble. I am a computer enthusiast and last Friday my main email was hacked with the password being changed so I don't have access to it. When I have registered it I made several mistakes and cannot recover it. I asked administrators for help, but didn't receive much from them and I want to hack their server to find the login credentials of my email address so I can login and change the security settings. Can somebody help me? I am new to using Cain and Wireshark. I am sorry for my childish behaviour when writing this post.

Many of the bigger providers have brute-force protection, which will lock you out of the account or even blacklist your IP for a temporary set time. Not sure why you'd need Wireshark, but you're obviously not skilled enough to go against a server.

Have you figured out the method they used to gain access to your email?
