Prior I begin this scamming report this scammer scammed one another respective member of HF below is the thread link, I would like to be concise and want to explain this in short, I had a deal with Mr. Blade to design a dynamic job/opportunities website for me which it would be comprises of below things:

1- Login Page
2- Registration Page
3- Payment system and etc.…

We agreed to finish this project within 15 days and further agreed to pay him 50$ in advance to start the project I paid 50$ below is the proof of BTC, he told me to make the website in accordance to my desire since I had doubt and clarified everything in my self-made ebook to make the website in accordance to ebook if there could be a minor changes required you have to change or adjust those changes in accordance to my desire below is his PM screenshot which he says will design the site as per my desire.

He even dont know English properly but for sure you guys will ask me why i dealt with this uneducated and low level person, he showed me some sample of websites and i had doubt that how he made those websites and i was became further curious to ask some technical question he answered those question correctly or satisfactorily and got my attraction, despite that he has a good popularity and for sure everyone will go for dealing with him.

Purpose of this thread & Conclusion:

The main reason i established this deal with him was his popularity i thought he have good popularity and it will not scam me but i dont know now a days there are bunch of people in HF who they scamming people very easily and earning these popularity very easily, notwithstanding with this i requested from him to refund me but he denied, I urge you guys to please be cautious in dealing with him and i kindly requesting from HF administration team to please remove and keep clear these uneducated members from business environment these skids threat/sick people must be deleted or be banned from HF community, there was once upon a time that HF was the most safe dealing community but now a days its stuck/grasp and full of scammers!.

This rules by HF has been imposed lately and its in the middle of implementing, still there are bunch of people dealing like before, and since you people respecting to the HF rules cant you see his verbal PM message which i've gotten his confirmation via HF message and cant you see he has received the funds, you fraud people are the one which making and leading this community to darkest and dirtiest one. You people enabling and opening the door for these scammers!

Let me clarify this to you what you mean by a contract? whats contract? what does a contract do? isnt a contract means two person consensual for a deal? didnt we dealing similar to this in the past? i dont know why you backing or defending him and selling your account value for a minor worthless thing, You could tell me that, this isnt his ID? that HF pm does not belong to him? that he aint received funds into his stated BTC account? and that he didnt scammed another person back in 2018, Why you judging one side and why you cant be unilateral and judge as whats right and wrong.

I aint said anything wrong to him but i just recalled him to please resolve your disputes too dont get me wrong plz, i recognize being scammed is how hard, and i aint did anything wrong which my position goes under question i just dealt with him based on his popularity! that's it.

You misunderstand me, I'm saying you're in no position to open a deal dispute and chastise other users for clarifying the rules to you, when you didn't use the required contract system. This deal dispute is invalid, regardless of proof. No contract = no dispute.

OP, just turn this into a community alert (you can make those without creating a contract with the person).
That way, you can still expose a scammer to the community if they avoided the contract system and took advantage of you not knowing.

I stated in the above that this contract system imposed lately in HF and for that i could accept that i aint followed contract, but i stated too that contract is only a consensual between parties and you can see his verbal conset, i am just saying that at least we could accept that he got the fund and scammed me and i just dealt as i was dealing in the past. At least we could judge equally and we can see this too that this is not his first time scamming member of HF, i aint said i want my money or any reward from you guys nor chastising someone i only just trying to show his real soul to public and requesting from who has the authority to please avoid these foul from business section and keep room clean as it was in the past.
