embed iframe into jpeg for advertisement

So essentially what I want to do is take the iframe that I have put below and embed that into a JPEG. Any jpeg for that matter. And what the point of that is, when I run this JPEG as an ad on a website, It essentially will play my stream at 1 pixel on the image and count as a viewer.

What I'm essentially doing is view botting and as long as that person is on that site, it will count as a view.

Basically what I have tried is taking a jpeg and converting it to a text file and then adding the Iframe in the bottom and then top. Though when i convert it back to a jpeg the image is broken.

Is what I'm even trying to do even possible?

<iframe title="username's player frame" i18n-title="channel#ShareDialog:playerEmbedFrame|Embed player Frame copied from share dialog" allowfullscreen="false" src="https://mixer.com/embed/player/username?disableLowLatency=1" width="1" height="1"> </iframe>
I'm not sure with JPEG bindings.
But you can put an iframe inside SVG => https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2613...not-loaded

Convert JPEG to SVG and add iframe in it.
