So I am new to making malware but I have codded a simple keylogger. The problem is that it's not undetected. How can I make a file undetected from antiviruses or at least windows defender? I have heard about Empire, but I have heard that it no longer works. Thanks

As most other state here, however it might not be needed, it depends on the spreading method. If it's "manual labor" then exclusions can always be added.
I suggest binding the keylogger to another file and then encrypting it.
It should get you past most AV's. Also if your keylogger is light enough sometimes binding it to another file even without encrypting the file it bypasses windows defender and some other simple AV software solutions. <|Drink all the booze, hack all the things|>
