THE IP SPOOFING ENABLED VPS
These VPS are not bulletproof.
As I understand, you can ddos (with spoofed IPs) without problem, but any others activities are prohibited. You cannot port scan, cannot bulk email etc... And, if they receive abuse complaints, they can suspend the VPS if we do not provide justification or something like that. They provide a control panel (Idk 4 bulletproof, but my cp was kvm.yourhost.wtf) very simple and easy to use, you can instantly start/stop/restart/change root password/reinstall your VPS.
