I really would like my payment back but i think it's not going to happen, i hope he reads this and it's all a misunderstanding because of some reason he couldn't get online.

I would like to know what more proof i can offer?

In short:
We made a deal 100$ in bitcoin for a telegram bot he could finish at the end of the day or within 48 hours. I've send him the 100$ bitcoin upfront because he didn't have any negative rep and he was a good member for a few years. After i've paid you can look at the screenshots he didn't even respond to it anymore. I waited two days because i don't see the bad in people, and guess what i'm wrong. anyways im hoping i could get the 100$ back. Else its a 100$ hard lesson to not trust anyone anymore on the internet. I'm also making this thread because when i'm searching hes username this came up and i would like to get him punished before he is going to scam more people like me.

You most likely won't get any money back, but he is clearly abusing the contract system here as he has not accepted the contract but taken your money anyway in hopes that he will get away with it. Hopefully a member of staff sees this soon and closes this cunt.

Yeah, I think you should message staff with the proof that he actively avoided the contract system in order to scam you, pretty sure he will be closed instantly.

he MADE a contract, while talking to said user, user told him to proceed with payments while not accepting the contract. abuse of the system, yeah OP was stupid for not realising, but the guy did abuse the system in order to scam him, so i’m pretty sure he should message staff.

regardless the faceless guy still made deals without a contract which he can be reported for, and i dont think be would get banned for reporting him, idk

Since he's avoiding the contract system to do deals you're suppose to report it due to it being a "contract violation".

However seems like the user is going on an exit scam as someone's just opened a community alert on him.

For OP, use middleman is good option for you, if you still don't understand how contract deal works here.
