The owner has been offline for days after I crashed the server. No one can join but it still says it online. My first idea was DDOSing with no success. Is there any other way I can force a server restart or at least take it offline without joining the server directly? It is hosted by some company called Norbis Technology Group who don't even have an official website. What else can I do?
